Welcome to Dryer Cleaner Co LLC. By accessing our website https://dryercleanerco.com or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Service
Dryer Cleaner Co LLC provides professional residential dryer vent cleaning utilizing a mechanical flexible rotary brush system and specialized containment vacuums. Our primary objective is to clear lint, hair, nests, and obstructions from the internal ductwork line to restore factory-spec airflow.
2. Pricing & Unseen Component Disclosures
Our advertised standard and promotional rates, including our 250th American Anniversary $76 special, cover standard, code-compliant residential lines in normal working condition. These rates do NOT include the repair, modification, or replacement of damaged, improper, or hazardous materials hidden out of plain view behind or inside the wall, such as outdated vinyl or foil transition lines, disconnected internal joints, or crushed ductwork.
If our technicians discover components that violate building safety codes or pose an immediate thermal hazard, we will pause operations and provide an on-site recommendation and additional pricing for proper upgrades before proceeding with that portion of the work.
3. Structural Integrity, Pre-Existing Conditions & Tool Failures
Line Degradation: Many dryer vent lines degrade silently over time due to age, poor original installation, or improper material use, such as un-taped joints or plastic piping hidden in drywall. Dryer Cleaner Co LLC uses industry-standard cleaning methods; however, we are not liable for the structural failure, separation, or collapse of pre-existing, weakened, or non-code-compliant ductwork during the standard mechanical cleaning process.
Tool Obstructions: In rare instances, pre-existing internal hazards such as unauthorized drywall screws protruding into the ductwork, crushed segments, or sharp interior foil edges, can catch and shear professional rotary equipment. If a cleaning rod or brush detaches or becomes permanently lodged due to these hidden structural defects, Dryer Cleaner Co LLC is not financially responsible for the costs of drywall removal, wall repair, or third-party extraction required to retrieve the equipment.
4. Limitation of Liability & Property Waiver
Appliance Wear: Dryer Cleaner Co LLC is not liable for mechanical or electrical failures of the dryer appliance itself, including heating elements, thermal fuses, or belts that fail due to pre-existing age, mechanical fatigue, or prolonged operation under choked vent conditions prior to our arrival.
Utility Moving: To clean your system, our technicians must move your dryer appliance away from the wall. Dryer Cleaner Co LLC is not liable for minor cosmetic floor scuffs, or the failure of pre-existing, brittle gas valves, electrical plugs, or water lines located in the utility area.
Total Liability Cap: In no event shall Dryer Cleaner Co LLC's total liability for any claim, damage, or loss arising out of our service exceed the total amount explicitly paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.
5. Customer Access & Readiness
The customer agrees to provide clear, unobstructed access to the utility area surrounding the dryer, as well as the external exit point, whether a ground-level wall cap, side-wall louvers, or roof termination. If a line vents through a roof cap, access is strictly contingent upon safe weather conditions and roof pitch safety standards as determined by our technician.
6. Payment Policy
Final payment is due immediately upon the completion of the service on-site. We accept all major credit cards and digital payments securely handled through our system.
For most homes in the South Denver area, we recommend a professional cleaning at least once a year. However, if you have a large family, run multiple loads a day, or have a long vent line that routes through your roof or basement, you may benefit from a inspection and clear-out every 6 to 9 months to maintain optimal efficiency.
The most common signs include clothing taking longer to dry, the top of your dryer becoming hot to the touch, or a musty odor coming from your laundry room. If you notice any of these performance issues, it is best to schedule a professional check before the line chokes completely.
We are proudly based right here in Castle Rock and service our surrounding neighbors throughout the South Denver area, including Parker, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Centennial, Littleton, and Cherry Creek. Fill out our form to get a quote for verification.
Cleaning your lint screen after every load is incredibly important, but it only catches about 75% of the debris. The remaining fine lint bypasses the trap and accumulates deep inside your vent lines, elbows, and roof caps over time. Our equipment removes this packed, heavy debris that standard residential vacuums simply cannot reach.
A typical residential service takes anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the length of your vent line, accessibility, and the level of buildup. Our crew works with precision and care to ensure your system is perfectly cleared with zero mess left behind in your laundry area.
